Revived Again! Fucking Bastard!

Omg havent blogged for ages and everytime i get the urge to,
i lose interest almost immediately
lol cant be bothered la





so ive been waiting a long time for something worthy enough to blog about once again
and it just so happens to be an incident
which happened a couple of hours ago.





some fucking drunk bastard with bloodshot eyes(hence i deduced he was drunk)
tried to pull me off my bike just now along seaford road near subway.
yes i sed it....
i have never said the f word in front of anyone before ever since form 2
lol but i felt this incident justifies profanity





well what happened was i saw some asshole in the middle of the road shouting 'hello!' on the phone multiple times like as if the person on the other side of the line couldnt hear him. i noticed him from afar and proceeded with slight caution but still oblivious to the fact that he was drunk as that was a no alcohol street. then when i got closer to him he pressed forward to my direction and started saying 'excuse me! excuse me!' but in a drunk groggy way like i owe him money. when we crossed paths he grabbed hold onto my arm and tried to pull me down that fucker and so a flung my arm to break that hold while i was in motion(thk god i was still in motion otherwise id have to face off with him). of cos i was shocked but it took me no less then 2 seconds to realize it was high time i shouted something bad to ppl like him....so instead of dashing down the road to flee the scene with my tail between my legs, though itd be impossible with my bicycle, i slowed down as i could still hear him shouting 'fuck u u fucking chinkyyy!' and turned and shouted back u fucking bastardd! and pointed my middle finger at him lol





he then darted my direction and shouted im gonna get u u fuck! but alas, to no avail, i continued on at my leisurely pace half mocking him with my complacency and half showing him the middle finger lol






i wanted to do a no handlebars hold double middle finger salute but didnt risk tempting fate for just the pleasure of pissing him off even more with coolness




what a way to start the new semester......




On a side note,
I finally tried cooking one of my fav. wagamamamama dishes yesterday
the 'amai udon'
without prawns though cuz prawns pawn my wallet
peanut butter, honey, soy sos, ketchup, lime juice, brown sugar, & tamarind paste
with deepfried tofu, leeks, onions, baby corn, sugarsnap peas and garlic
awesome comboooo
cooked it for a couple of frenz who helped me out a lot during crunch time
tasted pretty alright actually along with my siew yuk




bantered on through the nite
and they were discussing something i found of peculiar interest
have u ever noticed,
that you lose ure appetite or rather u wont really have much of an appetite for what u cook?
i mean not that what i or rather we cook is inedible..
but its more like u cook when ure hungry and when ure all ready to eat,
u take one or 2 bites and feel like u lost ure appetite




THINK about it
im sure were not the only ones feeling this way

Last nite, the lot of us malaysians gathered to celebrate the end of exams before everyone finally leaves to go home. So then they were talking bout how everyone in the airport nowadays are using surgical masks as a precautionary measure especially going to and form swinf flu infected countries.



They, being malaysian, got quite paranoid bout the whole issue when it struck msia and ordered a whole box of high-grade anti bacterial masks.....20 to be exact in a box for 35 pounds




Apparently u cant find any in boots or superdrug or any other pharmacy/medicine dispensery so ud have to order them online....wth rite






Me, being malaysian, got kiasu and bought one off them lol




Aint gonna take no chances with em pig cold!




so its 1.5 pounds for that thing u see up there......
how is it even anti bacterial???
its also so damn fragile........marketing ploys nowadays

hmmm, what can i say bout these past 3 weeks.......




well one things for sure, u neednt have to go to sparta and get ass kicked into a bottomless pit by some scantily-bordering-on-homoerotic-cladded-king-who-shouts-a-lot to find MADNESS...





shoot. this sem really brings it to a whole new level and what makes things worse are the needless and unforseeable sh*t thats happening between it. Murphy's Law eh? take heed those of u who are currently going through the climax of this seemingly undying storm.






ok la mebbe a little bit too dramatic. but what happened to me was that when i had to submit my assignment electronically at 4pm the next day with presentations and group meetings and exams all breathing down my neck, suddenly my effing laptop's capasitor/charger sparked and short circuited while i was halfway doing my work. *&^%#@$#%^@* omfg u wouldnt want to have met me on that day.





then what happened next was technically my fault but i was in a frantic and distraught condition that prevented me from thinking straight. I took out my test pen screwdriver and started testing whether current was still running through the wires. It was not lighting up.







sooo, then i thought 'could be the test pen's prob....better try it with a surefire electrical current'







I unscrewed the bulb off my all-time-favorite bendable apit-G desk lamp.....switched on the current and stuck the screwdriver into it and BOOMM baby. sparks flew everywhere and i got slightly burned.....like seriously. suffice to say, the desk lamp died. i was sooo sad ....that desk lamp had been there for me through thick and thin, through spm-college and now.






haizz.....then i sat down for a while and thought bout what to do next. i realized i still had my battery pack that had about an hour left of life and i knew i had to find a shop or a charger replacement online and back up my work in that short but hopeful expanse of time.






I google mapped all the sony resselers i could find in manc. city and any comp shop for that matter but was dissapointed to find only 4 potential ones. what made things worse was that they close at 6pm (it was already 5 45pm) and open after 10 30am. So i looked up vaio chargers to get an intial idea of how much it was going to set me back.....







omfg.....they went for 95 pounds and above just for a stupid brick that supplies power. It was a totally unecessary blow to a person whos already on his knees begging for mercy. wadeva....gotta do waht u gotta do rite and at the worst timing possible, desperation drove me.






My resolve was to chill out and get my head clear of all the crap thats been happening and get to bed early to be able to wake up early to chiong for a replacement charger and finish my work on time. I knew it could only get better from an all time low....






So then i got out of the house with my laptop the nxt day and it started to drizzle when i reached the city....shitty mancunian weather. i first tried the sony store in arndale and asked the people there whether they could check my crager for me just in case if it were a minor wiring prob, then it could be fixed without much expense. then the guy went 'Oh sry but were not technicians and i dont know anything bout servicing electronics......here(slams a similar charger on the table) 98 pounds. its not the same but itll work, trust me but u must buy it before i open and let u test it out' The guy was wearing a regional manager tag. i was not convinced. aiseh trying to trick me ar? har?? mahai







then i took off and said that ill be back after thinking bout it but in actual fact i was heading for the debenhams sony branch and found the people there to be much friendlier and sincere with helping. he sold me the exact unit, albeit a bit newer in version, but assured me that i could open and try it before purchasing. he even was kind enough to run simple wubstitution of wire tests to check if it was actually a simple case of a blown fuse or head.





but alas, it was indeed the chargers problem and i knew i had to get it replaced. he was letting it go for 97 pounds. i told him straight that its riduculously overpriced.....i mean for a stupid brick add another 200 pounds and can get a brand new dell lo.






i know i was becoming a bit hypocritical at this point as i initially didnt care how much it cost just as long as it works and i handed in my assignment on time. but i knew that id be able to find a better deal somewhere...







and thennnnn....after saying ill be back after thinking bout it the second time........i found this dodgy little corner electronics shop owned by pakistanis and middle easterners. *zohan suddenly pops into my mind* i shook it off and walked in regardless just to try my luck.






the shop was indeed dodgy as hell as it was a hub for weirdos and geeks(id prolly fall into this category) alike. there was this fat obnoxious wierdo that talked, farted and burped like so obviously loud.....i swear i wanted to punch him so hard. its so stereotypical of a joint like that.






I told them bout my problem and they said 'OH! thats(referring to my charger) broken. *throws some dodgy china made universal power adaptor onto the table* 29.99!'







i was really put off by it at first but i decided to let them test it on my laptop and it worked. though a bit wary, i just went for it without thinking anymore as i saw it as more than a 70% discounted solution that worked fine. so wadeva la, i only needed a replacement for another month before ill be able to replace the charger with the warranty i have which wasnt international and only coverred claiming at the shop of purchase.





i got back in time and pia-ed my assignment. the adapter still works up till today. alls well if it ends well.

so stressed out man. been eating so much recently, though getting a bit better now. better days huh?





would love to blog bout my easter break but something else has been bugging me of late.....mebbe cuz im more easily agitated during this time of great distress. itd make good blogging material i say lol jsut wait and c haha
