Fcking Bastard V2

OK the previous post may have sounded a little

on the gloomy disappointed melancholic side
cuz i tot he was a nice person
but now im furious
i am fcking angry
because something new came up
new evidence that that person is truly a bastard
but lemme run u guys through what instigated all of this
its a long complicated story
if not interested cant blame u
but its fking up my life :S




k on friday 23rd of April
it was supposed to be a day of celebration
as i barely slept the whole week
but managed to finish my contract law assignment
and my Thesis (which is a huge accomplishement)
and handed it in on time at 1pm that day


so neway by the time i came home
it was round 330pm
i was in a state of euphoria and treated myself to some pret
neway at approx 4pm
'benny/x' (one of my housemates, i have 4 housemates...
3 of them are msian, 1 hk bbc/simon so 5 of us altogether)
came over to my room and handed me 200 pounds to pass to
'simon/cbkia'
for bills that was due
and have assumingly been paid by cbkia already



i was the middle man
u see i wasnt even supposed to be fking involved
but ull c later y this is a good thing becuz
it has escalated to a certain point edi





ok slightly off track but getting on again
neway the 3 msians including x had to go to work
hence x passed me the 200 pounds cuz he tot ill be at home
cuz cbkia keep msging x saying he needs the money now
like 5 times the day b4 and friday itself
and another txt saying hes coming back
in the evening to collect the money
hence x passed me the money thinking ill be at home lo





but then my frisbee mates txted me to meet
at the field 10 minutes from my house to play
so i decided ok should be for a short while
so i left in a rush leaving the money on my table
plain as day to see as the window and sun
shone onto my table
and i made a terrible mistake of forgetting to lock
my door
i mean cmon no one is supposed to be at home
cbkia was supposedly in liverpool
and the 3 of them i trust them not to steal
n i know they couldnt have
cuz they left the same time i did at round 430pm
and we all had an alibi
we were with someone
somewhere





i came back round 630pm
was fking tired as i havent been sleeping
and was playing like mad
and was also in a rush
as i got a txt from a fren saying were going out to eat
so i left the house rite after coming back home to get my wallet
which was suppossed to be nxt to the 200 pounds on the table
but i didnt notice that the 200 pounds was already gone
and my door was unlocked
so by the time i came back from dinner
it was 11pm
and it was then i realized the money was gone



so obviously, who do u think took it?
cbkia had a record for taking a few pounds in coins
of my other housemates tables
when they were in the kitchen or toilet
thinking they wouldnt notice
and when i called cbkia at 11pm
he fking pretend that the line was bad and kept
saying 'hello...hello x 10' and hung up
i tried calling again
but he ignored
then finally he picked up after the 5th time
and i said in a very flustered voice
as i was still a bit huru hara
and fking tired
'have u taken your 200 pounds of my table?'
then he paused and sounded nervous
forgot what he said
but it was along the lines of 'dunno bout that'
'was in liverpool since this morning'




this was before i found out bout the whole txts thing
abt cbkia being desparate for the money
so i called x's friend (whose my housemate)
as x's phone was conveniently out of bat
so fking ridiculous
its like all in favour for cbkia the situation
neway i tot x went back into my room to get back the 200 pounds
as that would be the only explanation
but he said no unfortunately
and i know non of them would go inside my room without
me being there
let alone take money
the funny thing is that the 200 pounds was meant for
cbkia but he doesnt want to admit that he took it edi
even though we dont have a shred of evidence
with my door conveniently unlocked




so fked up i tell u
so other evidence pointing towards motivating him to lie
is that he lost his job
and is currently seeking job seekers allowance
we know he loves to party
and spends fking hell lot
works part time at his parents chinese take away in liverpool
so hes practically gone the whole weekend
and will only becoming back tomorrow so this issue is still ongoing
which is stressing me out
and i have an assignment due this friday and cant deal with this shit atm




but then just now...
we got 2 letters saying we did not pay the bills for jan - apr
and they need immediate payment
in 5 days or theyll cut everything off
but thats impossible as
cbkia said its on direct debit
so in fact he hasnt even paid the bills!
and used all our money that weve given already
for drinks and what not....
so obvious
FUCKING BASTARD




even worse is that we finally realized how much hes swindled of us
since 2008
but i wasnt in this house then
i only just moved in in 2009 sept
thats y i have be rather wary of why were the bills
so fking exp
in fact he hasnt been paying any
so they keep moving it forward to the nxt month
for the months he hasnt paid
such a bastard
on top of that theres an outstanding bill for 2008 - 2009
for 800 pounds!
thats when i wasnt here yet
meaning he nvr paid the bills
how?




i did some P.I. work as we had the key to his room
another long story
but evidence i found
was that he really was on job seekers allowance and
he just went for drinks last week in manc
and spent 1080 pounds on 2 bottles of cristal and wad not
and i can prove that!
damn.. i tot i couldve proved he was in the house
at round 5pm on friday too
as he left his lappie on
so i tot he miteve sent a msg on msn
showing msg last recieived at 5pm
but alas...not so lucky
so we tried searching his room for the 200pounds
but then realized impossible la
as he was quite desperate for the money
as he prolly owes ppl in liverpool
so he prolly rushed into my room thinking i was home
to get it as x txt him saying 'bernie has the money edi
so get it from him'
so obviously its him edi
and yet he denies it


nvm well get him soon
ILL GET HIM
im going to threaten him tomorrow
when my landlady comes round to collect cbkias rent
as hes supposedly coming back tomorrow
ill be threatening him
saying ill bring the matter of the bills up to the police
if he doesnt settle it right away
also
he finished studying last yr edi
so ill threaten by saying he tried escaping from council taxes
by changing the name on the bills to one of my housmates
where it should actually be cbkias name as
hes supposed to be dealing with the bills
he even lied to us by saying its on direct debit
if it was
then the invoices wouldnt come rite?

ill be filling u guys in on the outcome
theres prolly a lot more im not saying cuz
its rather complicated
but thats the gist of it so far
